The patch is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is created using high-precision computer cutting, where holes are laser-cut into the material, achieving sharp lines and even, non-fraying edges.

The design is not printed on the patch, but rather formed by an insert that shows through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
