The patch is made of durable and wear-resistant Cordura. The precise and high-quality design is created using high-precision, computerized cutting, which involves laser cutting holes in the material, allowing for clear lines and even, non-cracking edges.

Between the Cordura layer and the Velcro hook-and-loop fastener, which is the back of the patch, there is a glued rubberized material capable of accumulating light energy and glowing in the dark.

The design is not printed on the patch but is formed by an insert that is visible through the Cordura cutouts. This makes the patch durable and the image resistant to abrasion.
